My Story
My Scentsy Story began on Wednesday, December 10th, 2014, when, with no knowledge of the products, but motivated by my intuition I signed up as a Consultant with Scentsy Fragance. Welcome Mayra! I received my Starter Kit in four business days and was immediately captivated by the huge variety of fragrances, as well as the large selection of lamps, warmers and Nightlights. Within two days of receiving my kit I held two, unplanned, parties and earned enough commission to recuperate my initial investment. Although I had past experience as a Consultant for multiple direct sales companies, I had never presented a product and closed a sale with such ease. People love Scentsy! Having recently retired from the corporate world, I consider my Scentsy business a rewarding hobby. I love what I do and I look forward to continue doing what I love. It has been two months since I joined Scentsy and I have already met several challenges. * Shooting Star Award - for having accumulated $500.00 or more in sales during my first 15 days of enrollment * Level 1 of the Scentsational Start Award for sales of $1,250.00 and on my way to reaching Level 2 before my 70th day of enrollment (Feb. 17th, 2015) * I got promoted to Certified Consultant for having accumulated $2,000.00 in sales during my first 70 days. I feel confident that I am placing a good foundation for my Scentsy business and look forward to assisting others who, like me, are looking for a fun yet lucrative hobby. Mayra Castellanos Certified Consultant February 10th, 2015 ********************************************************************************************* Here we are in September 2015 - Nine months have passed since I joined Scentsy and I couldn/t be more enthusiastic to continue with this company. It is the beginning of a new season and the beginning of Scentsy's Fall/Winter sales. The catalog is full of new products and you can practically smell the season's fragrances from the well selected illustrations. With the launch of the New Diffusers and Essential Oils, Scentsy will be sure to reinforce the reputation attained in the last 10 years. At the same time, I see my future as a Scentsy Independent Consultant much brighter and more promising. Therefore, it is time for me to consider my business more than a hobby, and take it to the level of a fun and rewarding Career. Mayra Castellanos Certified Consultant September 9th, 2015 ********************************************************************************************]* February 10th - a year and two months since first joining Scentsy - a date when I reached another milestone in my Scentsy career. I attended my very first Scentsy convention - labeled this year as World Tour - where we are introduced to the Spring/Summer Season, catalogs and new products. I nourished myself with the enthusiasm that other consultants brought in, as well as the knowledge, tips and suggestions provided by the group of presenters; composed of Head Office staff as well as savvy Consultants. I had not told you that last November I was promoted to Lead Consultant. With my dedication, organization and my customers' support, I shall continued to succeed in this fun, yet rewarding business.
